We need to get better at protecting the existing beautiful architecture of New Rochelle. We should not tear down historic buildings or sell them to the highest bidder.

Definitely a must! And I hope that all new development builds on existing architectural designs.
Absolutely!!!! I think this is one of the most important aspects of any re-development. New Rochelle downtown has some amazing buildings – I hope more people “like” this idea. I would hate to see some of the historic buildings destroyed. I think the Liebman’s Building is a great example of how beautiful a refurbished property can be and how much it adds to the overall feel of a downtown shopping district.
