Bring the New Rochelle community together to meet, greet & get to know the NRPD/NRFD & then play a basketball game against each other at the Remington Boys and Girls Club of New Rochelle, either for the last Friday or Saturday in November or the first weekend in December.

This event will help create a relationship & a stronger bond between the cops & the people they protect in the community which will insure less hostile situations between the two

Everyone in the New Rochelle community would be able to participate either by volunteering at the event, participating in the activities or cheering on the players.  We would have something for all ages, from free basketball clinics, giveaways, challenges, food & music, but most importantly, having fun with the people that are here to serve & protect us.

Detailed budget of expenses:

TEEN STAFF 2 @ $50p $100    SHIRTS 30 $200

REFEREE’S 2 @ $60p $120       TROPHY/PRIZES/GIVEAWAYS $80

TOTAL $500
